Licensed body mapping educator and choral conductor, Dr. Nicholle Andrews, will introduce us to an important wellness tool for musicians. Taught in universities, conservatories, and private studios world-wide, Body Mapping invites us to replace our faulty body maps with anatomically correct maps in order to reduce tension and allow for effortless and expressive singing.
